"The apartment was wonderful, location is the best and the sea view from the apartment was terrific. The apartment is neat, clean & well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped with all the amenities. Hospitality of Mr. Muharrem & his staff members is excellent. They went all the way to help & guide us to plan our tour. Overall it was our best stay in Turkey and we look forward to going back and staying at this place again."

" visited Sera Lake Resort Hotel with my family and it was a great experience. The staff were great, and the service was excellent. Room was clean and well maintained. The restaurant had amazing food. We enjoyed also the beautiful sceneries while having breakfast or lunch. We loved the evening with a great scoop of ice cream. Overall the experience was great. Will definitely visit again. Oussama "

"It is a wonderful luxury hotel very central We had a great stay”, we had two connecting rooms which were large and comfortable.. A big bowel mand water waiting for us. We did not have time to use the facility, but they had Turkish bath and spa option. Highly recommend it. The only thing is I would ask for non-smoking room"

Well worth it's 5-star rating

"Stellar hotel, and worthy of the 5-star rating. Staff anticipated every need. They were fast, efficient, and gracious. Breakfast buffet was enormous, with a huge array of selections. Room was large and comfortable, with direct-plug outlets for USB, as well as built-in power adapters for a variety of plugs. I highly recommend this place."
