"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay up in Rainy lake. The cabin was beautiful and fit everyone well, and we had 5 teenagers and a dog! The connected bathrooms on 3 of the 4 bedrooms were a hit, as were the reclining sofa and loveseat. We also enjoyed the sunroom with the fireplace (good kid hangout space) The location is great. Even at this time of year, there are multiple lodges/restaurants to enjoy. The Thunderbird Lodge is a quick boat ride across the bay, or less than 10 minutes by car. The Cantilever in Rainier is a favorite. The Tilson Bay Bog Walk is a must. We will definitely be back!"

"Beautiful house on Rainey Lake. Hanging on the deck with the fire pit was one of our top things to do while staying. Clean and modern. Very close to the National Park."

"The lakeside cottage was the perfect location for us to relax and enjoy the beauty of Northern Minnesota at the end of almost two weeks of travel around the state. This is a comfortable and clean place to stay with a huge picture window looking out at Rainy Lake and access to a dock, kayaks and Steve even offered to give us a boat tour! We had unfortunately already booked non-refundable activities so were unable to take him up on it. He was very helpful and informative about things to do in the area. We very much enjoyed the fire circle and the kitchen was well-stocked for our needs. This was close to Voyageurs National Park and there were a couple good restaurants fairly close, too. We very much enjoyed our stay!"

"What a fantastic place to stay in Northern MN. The place was clean, Jamey was a great host! We would love to return and recommend to anyone! The host was extremely responsive to questions and responded quickly. The cabin was well stocked in the kitchen with other items for fun e.g. kayaks etc. The bunk house was great for having guests who had some privacy as well. Highly recommend!!!"
