"I have so much to say about this property. I dont know if the other reviews do it any justice, atleast they didn’t for me. 1- it is located in the heart of Shinjuku. There are train stations all within 5 minutes of the hotel. The staff is polite. There is a laundry room. (I recommend dounf laundry late in the evening or early in the morning. Breakfast was great, however I’m not sure it makes sense to purchase the package that includes it as you may get tired of eating the same foods. Air conditioning worked perfectly. (Toothpaste, hair brush, hair ties, face masks, tooth brush are restocked and completely free in the lobby. There is a spa located on the second floor, I had an amazing facial. My bf booked a massage. A Thai restaurant on the second floor and another restaurant in the lobby. I hope expedia gives me the option to come back and edit because I have so much to share, but just in case feel free ro follow and message me on most platforms (at) thisismylov3 I will be posting a detailed review there in August after my travels.
