The service is beyond excellent: very professional, friendly, and polite. Mr. Adzki and Mr Arief are very helpful, they go above and beyond with their service. Hotel was nice, but rooms could use a lot more soundproofing. Food was great and staff very helpful. There is a shopping mall right next to the hotel, which is very convenient, but the hotel is far from downtown and all the sights to see.
