"Excellent value for money. I had an ocean view room and it was huge, comfortable, and had a stunning view plus balcony. The staff were friendly and helped me (using translation apps). I loved everything about it!"

"무엇보다 호텔 외관 포함하여 인테리어가 맘에 듭니다. 로비 커다란 테이블과 의자 등도 좋고 커피 머쉰 아무때나 이용 가능. 정수기 있는 것도 좋고, 객실 바닥이 카펫 아닌 것도 좋습니다. 위치는 동피랑 도보 4분 정도여서 더할 나위 없고요. 다만 아쉬운 건 수건 거는 곳이 마땅찮고 샤워 큰 타올이 없다는 점.. 참, 아침도 은근히 든든합니다!"

"The stay was acceptable, but the breakfast (paid extra) was very disappointing and below acceptable standards. Several items did not appear fresh and seemed to have been left out for an extended period. I was unable to eat most of the food. When I raised the issue, the staff denied any problem and dismissed it as personal preference, which was not appropriate. Overall, the food quality and customer service were unacceptable, even though the rest of the stay was fine."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. The view was stunning, and the exterior of the property was grand and beautiful. The staff were very friendly, and the overall cleanliness met my expectations. Unfortunately, there was one downside. There were local protests against the hotel construction, and protesters were playing chanting sounds over loudspeakers. This disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the resort."

"통영 여행을 위해 2박 3일간 머물렀던 데이지 호텔에 대한 후기를 남깁니다. 전체적으로 매우 만족스러운 스테이였습니다. 👍 좋았던 점 • 예약 및 가성비: Hotels.com에서 Last Minutes 할인을 통해 급하게 예약했는데, 기대 이상으로 저렴한 가격에 좋은 방을 이용할 수 있어 시작부터 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 통영 앞바다가 바로 보이는 뷰와 사이드뷰 중 선택이 가능해 예산을 효율적으로 쓸 수 있는 것도 큰 장점입니다. • 객실 및 청결도: 무엇보다 방이 넓어서 여유롭게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 청소 상태도 훌륭했고, 세심하게 준비된 어메니티들을 보며 관리가 잘 되고 있다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 특히 이부자리가 깨끗하고 포근해서 좋았는데, 침대 쿠션이 허리가 좋지 않은 저에게 딱 맞을 정도로 편안해서 매일 아침 개운하게 일어날 수 있었습니다. • 서비스: 체크인이 매우 신속하게 진행되었고, 직원분들의 응대가 친절해서 머무는 내내 기분이 좋았습니다. • 조식 및 주변 환경: 포함된 아침 식사가 가성비 좋게 잘 꾸며져 있어 매일 든든하게 먹었습니다. 또한 호텔 바로 근처에 식당이 많아 먹거리 해결에 아주 최적의 위치였습니다. ⚠️ 아쉬운 점 및 제안 사항 • 주차장: 주차 공간이 다소 좁게 느껴진 점은 아쉬웠습니다. • 안전 관련: 방 내부 창문 옆 벽면에 붙어 있는 비상용 장비에 머리를 부딪힐 위험이 있습니다. 투숙객의 안전을 위해 장비에 부드러운 보호막을 설치해 주시면 더 완벽한 호텔이 될 것 같습니다. [총평] 급하게 예약했음에도 불구하고 세심한 서비스와 편안한 잠자리 덕분에 통영에서 즐거운 추억을 만들었습니다. 제안드린 안전 사항만 보완된다면 다음번에도 꼭 다시 찾고 싶은 곳입니다. 기분 좋게 잘 쉬다 갑니다!"

"We had a great stay here in the family room. Loved being right on the water with the views of ferries, fishing boats, etc. Although the boats can be a little loud when coming and going in the early hours, the room/location itself is pretty quiet. Staff were very nice and although they don't speak much English you can communicate easily using your phone's translation apps (like Papago). Cooking utensils in the room were very limited but we loved the free fresh ground espresso in the lobby and Tongyeong has many inexpensive and delicious food options. Overall, the hotel and room are somewhat aged and faded and the amenities are quite basic, but we didn't care: the bed was clean and comfortable and the location is unbeatable. For the price it was a great deal."
