This is BY-FAR my favorite place to stay when in Japan. I have stayed here 4 times, and always the same level of excellence. The location, service and comfort are a welcome attribute for this Hotel. We even had an issue where we needed extra days added, and the manager went above an beyond to accomodate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Close to the Shin-Yokohama station. I had an early trip scheduled the next morning, so the convenience of having so many choices of restaurants within walking distance was great.

Overall very satisfied

We like its quiet and convenient location near the station and shops. I think the room size is little bigger and the price is little lower than similar hotels in the area, so overall we're satisfied. But some of the front desk staff are not helpful at all when something unusual happens such as housekeeping staff

Our experience at BW Fino Shin Yokohama has been the best. This was our first Japan trip and they made everything easy. The staff is was super kind, accommodating and courteous. We gave the buffet a chance and it’s pretty good for the price. The best part is that they change the menu daily. This BW is perfectly located near Yokohama station, so it’s perfect if you want some good food to eat. We definitely enjoyed our stayed there and definitely will come back.

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Small room but worked well for me. Only complaint was sometimes bathroom had sewer smell. Not sure if drain issue or something else.

荷物を預けるために、チェックイン時間よりも早く伺ったところ、客室の清掃が終わっているとのことで部屋に通してもらえました。とても暑くて少し具合が悪かったのでとても助かりました。その際もフロントの方がとても丁寧に対応してくだいました。ありがとうございました。 １つ残念だったのは客室の清掃があまり行き届いていないところです。特に洗面所の排水が悪くてなかなか水が流れないうえに、下水の匂いが上がって来ていました。清掃面以外は本当に良かったです。また利用したいと思いました。
