Had a fantastic 3 weeks stay while we explored more of Japan than we managed on a previous visit and hope to return again as still more to see and do. Great location for accessing the train system , loads to see and do day and night in the area.

The stay is ok but I don’t advise buying breakfast from the hotel as the food is so so. Also there are many choices outside the hotel.

The hotel was excellent. It was clean, quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted me with a quick check-in even though we arrived late in the evening. After check-out, the staff kindly stored our luggage so we could shop around the Kawasaki area before heading to the airport in the afternoon. If we have the chance to return to Japan, we will definitely use their hotel system again.

Our room was spacious and meticulously clean. Bedding was comfortable and my granddaughter loved the comforter very much. Amenities were of good quality and coffee packets were excellent 👍 I enjoyed every cup. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

Very good hotel at a great rate for a family of 5

For the value, the hotel was a very good deal. My family and I enjoyed the Chinese style hotel breakfast. However, we didn't enjoy the boiled ham slices. They could have serve them cool. For people driving to the hotel, be aware that parking can be tricky if you are not use to the area. We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel parking at the underground parking lot. It was great that the hotel paid for the parking and very convenient to the nearest train stations.

Smoking rooms

Smoking rooms are the worst. Though I am a smoker, nor did I smoke in the room. I still prefer a non-smoking room as it does better on the condensed environment. The room I stayed in had me coughing all night.
