Great Hotel in Yokohama

Excellent Location in the city of Yokohama. The rooms are very small, but no need for more. Very clean Hotel overall. Staff super friendly.

Excellent property and great location. It is within walking distance of the Sakuragicho Station and several shops and restaurants. The second floor has great amenities that make up for the relatively small rooms.

Great place

Nice but small rooms. Big soaking bath tub. They had Epsom salt to put in bath and had lots of maps, and cards for sight seeing. Great work lounge. Adjacent Italian restaurant is an A+

Hotel is located near Sakuragicho station and also close to Minatomirai shopping mall. There are plenty number of good restaurants open till late night nearby, but not noisy and peaceful location.

The location is super convinient to walk around ths minato mirai area. It is close to Sakurakicho and Bashamichi station so if you have a big suitcase, it would be better to use the 2 stations but if you have small bag and want to see minato mirai then you can walk over from minato mirai station.

It was perfect for traveling for work. The room was clean and the lobby was great for work. Check in was quick easy and all of the staff were very nice and helpful. I had dinner at the Italian restaurant that you can access from the 2nd floor. The only issue I had was that it was confusing entering the restaurant- no one was there to greet customers at the 2nd floor entrance I guess since there is another entrance on the actual front entrance to the restaurant. The kitchen staff finally noticed me and told me to go ahead and a waitress saw me but wasn't directed so I just sat myself. It would be helpful to at least have a sign that says please seat yourself or please wait to be seated.

The property was fine, but having to take the trash to the hallway ourselves was annoying, as well as the towels. But the worst part was the space. I know Japanese hotel rooms run small, but we couldn’t even open our suitcase anywhere but on top of the bed. Bed was comfy, shower room was large, but the water pressure was a bit low. Amenities were good, but for the price I would hope to be able to not have to squeeze my way around the room. I stayed in a moderate double.

Habitación limpia y tranquila, es pequeña, pero deja sufiente espacio. El hotel esta cerca de medios de transporte. Servicios de café y refrescos hasta la medianoche en el lobby común. El baño estaba limpio y amplio, el personal bien, se contradecian cuando daban información de un turno a otro, no se si era el idioma.
