The location is great, Starbucks and 7-11 are next door, 5 minutes walking distance to the JR station. Super convenient to everything. The public bath is very helpful to recover from long walks.

The room was clean and you have everything in the room. They have a multi-type USB charger if you forgot yours. The only bug is the window cannot be opened which is pretty understandable for high level floors, if you enjoy bento in the room that may leave odor with you for a long time. 1st floor has two drinking machine

Property has a good location to public transportation and easy walking to eating establishments. We did not try to breakfast but the amenities were very generous. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to others.

Rooms are typically smallish, which is the norm for Japan. Staff at hotel were excellent and spoke good English Rooms are cleaned to high standard. Only thing missing was a hotel bar.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights with my friends. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Hotel is located from the JR station within 8 min walk. The twin room is bigger than most business hotel and beds are comfortable! Main Shopping area is near around. The hotel provided all tourists need including great quality of beauty products, even included free unlimited soft-drink machines. Public bath is good. Staying here means you can enjoy the time in Yokohama for sure. The great designed hotel is new furbished and clean. Highly recommended for everyone!

Reception was friendly and helpful with forwarding our luggage with Yamato service. Very appreciative. Standard beds were comfy with the exception of the Murphy bed - very hard/stiff - not a comfortable sleep. Other than that, no complaints. A 1 minute walk away from the supermarket made access to supplies easy.

The room was clean, comfortable bed, with great temperature control. It was perfect for us two. If you have mobility issues, (walk with cane, crutches, walker) I would go with a bigger room. Great room. Outdoor entrance and lobby was very classy. It provided health supplies (brush, toothbrush , toothpaste, skincare products, tea, coffee) if needed. Staff was very kind and let us store luggage for an hour after we checked out and even called a cab for us. Highly recommend this hotel!!! Great location…shopping, restaurants, and train station within walking distance.
