ホテルに到着時も近隣のお店の問い合わせもスタッフさんに親切丁寧にしていただきました。お部屋も広く朝食も美味しかったです。ただ駐車場があればもっと良かったのになぁ〜って思いました。

大浴場がとてもよかったです。癒されました。ジョンカビラさん似のスタッフが日本語ペラペラでたくさん助けてもらいました。ひきたてコーヒーの無料サービスもとても嬉しかったです。深夜のお茶漬けサービスも今度は試したいと思います。

체크인 할때부터 너무나 친절한 스텝 덕분에 기분좋은 하루를 시작했어요 생각했던것보다 객실이 넓어 다행이라 생각했고 오후에 고객서비스로 음료 주셔서 너무 감사했습니다 지친 몸으로 호텔 돌아왔는데 시원한 커피한잔 먹으니 좋더라구요 가장 기억에 남는것은 체크아웃 후 보관된 짐을 가지러 갔는데 남자 매니저님이 어찌나 친절하시던지... 진심으로 감사했습니다 아내가 한국인이라는거 밖에 몰라 아쉽네요 성함이라도 여쭤볼걸... 진심이 느껴지는 인삿말과 너무나도 공손하신 태도에 저희도 자연스레 고개가 숙여지고 감동받았습니다 매니저님 덕분에 요코하마의 마지막 밤이 정말 아름답게 기억에 남습니다 진심으로 감사합니다

The front stuff was nice and kind. The room was old, with stains and dirt all over the walls and doors. The air conditioner smelled moldy.
