This was our second stay at the Hyatt in Yokohama. The service at every level was excellent! The staff greets you at the door, takes luggage to the room where pajamas, slippers, robes, water, coffee, and tea are waiting. The waterfront, park and restaurants are two blocks away. Getting around was so easy by taxi and hotel staff translate your needs to the taxi driver. Everything was made so easy. Thank you everyone at the Hyatt Yokohama for making our stay in Tokyo so enjoyable.

As soon as we walked through the door, the staff was right there to collect our luggage and help us with the registration process. A desk clerk walked us to our room with our luggage. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. The only drawback for our extended stay was the lack of drawers to store clothes. A cabinet with a few drawers would have been very helpful. The businessman, who is there for one night, would not need the storage. The hotel was conveniently located near the railway station making sight-seeing very easy. The hotel was also very quiet. We were never bothered by unwelcome noise during the night.
