A great budget option that offers rooms larger than those in central Tokyo, however this Toyoko site was flowing with Showa-era atmosphere in the form of a beige/maroon colour scheme. The staff was very helpful while the complementary breakfast is great for travelers and business-people alike. Tsurumi Station is just a few blocks West, while motorway access is very convenient. There is also ample parking around the surrounding blocks that charge overnight rates, while Daikoku PA, Nismo Omori Showroom, and USS Yokohama are in very close proximity via the free roads. There is also a vending machine on the ground floor that is accessible all hours.

2泊しました。2泊目は遅めの朝食になりましたが、ゆっくり摂ることができました。ただ、受付のスタッフさんのお一人が、朝食時の台の片付けを手伝っていたのですが、まだ食べているにも関わらず、テーブルクロスをパタパタとして畳まれていたので、配慮が足りないと思いました。夜勤明けで疲れていたのか笑顔もなく、感じが悪かったですね。ちなみに朝食の係りのスタッフさんは、遅れて来たお客様にも、とても気配りされてとても親切でした。

大満足して帰宅しました。 理由は最近他の東横インにもずいぶん宿泊しましたけれど、鶴見の東横インは規模が小さい為か、朝食で働いている方と触れ合う時間が多く、何より朝食が大変健康的なおかずになったことです。５月にも宿泊しましたが、それに感激しました。品川のはおかずの種類が大変多く、それが好きな人もいると思いますが、私は健康的な方が良いです。又、品川などは外国人が多く、朝食を入れる入れ物をたくさん撮ってきて、６～７人分の朝食をぎっしり入れて、帰る人（中国人）がいて、大変腹が立ちました。

トイレがちょっと臭かった

トイレが　微妙に臭かった トイレのドア開けて外出後 部屋中ションベン臭かった。 あれは、がっかりです。 ちなみにトイレは未使用のまま外出しました。 あまりこういう事は言いたくなかったんですけど 他の人が同じ思いをしない事を望むので あえて書かせていただきました。

7階に宿泊。 電車の音と雨が滴る音が大きく窓ガラスの防音設備に改善の余地多い。 早めにチェックインしたいと電話したが定時からしか入室不可の一点張り。他の東横INNではできる事が鶴見だけ不可なのは謎。 フロントの女性スタッフの方の接客対応が抜群でした。お名前はわからないけど失礼ながらふくよかな体型の方、マスクしていてもあまりある笑顔と挨拶、言葉遣いは完璧だと思いました。 この方以外はレベル低すぎ。もうひとりのフロント女性、客の目前を横切るおばちゃんスタッフ（そのあと退勤した仲間と話していた）とレベチが激しすぎます。 長文失礼しました。
