The property is situated in an exceptionally convenient location, adjacent to Yokohama Station. The daily breakfast buffet is outstanding. It should be noted that access to the pool involves a daily surcharge which, unfortunately, also comes with time/availability constraints.

Like that hotel is very close to station. Don’t like that we had to wait for 90 minutes for them to clean out a similar room and it’s not exactly what we had booked. Of all the prior hotels we stayed in Japan, checked in went smoothly and without a hitch with all of them except this hotel. Another thing is there was banging sound although it stopped before 10 or 11pm. It sounds like someone is fixing pipe or something. Annoying! Don’t know if I want to book this hotel again.

The room was not as large as we expected. I went to talk with the Club receptionists (Mana and Masahiro) who courteously help to find suites available to upgrade. Final we enjoyed the 2 suites which were excellent. Thanks to them, our stay turned from mediocre to marvelous overnight. One thing this hotel should do is to upgrade their tv to smart tv. Currently no streaming/casting/YouTube/etc. Breakfast at the Club was fine but on 2nd floor was amazing. This hotel is centralized, smack in the middle of shopping areas & train station. It’s a perfect pied-à-terre in Yokohama!
