朝食時間、ローソンの開始を6時〜にして欲しい。決められた7時に行ったら団体客がすでに食べていた？ 鍵の開け方が難しい。窓のカーテンが汚いので新調すればいいのに。ロビーの雰囲気、フロントの方々は丁寧で良かったです。

八景島シーパラダイスに行くのでその泊まり先として使わせて頂きました。 ベッドはフカフカで良かったです。 ただ掛け布団に血が付いていたのと お風呂場に白い毛が付いていたのが 少しショックでした。 またWi-Fiもトラブルでネットに接続出来ませんでした。 ただ最上階と言うこともあり 景色は物凄い良かったです。 平日と言うこともあり、 ディナーは八景様しか空いてなかったので 出来れば平日でもその他のレストランも 開けて頂けると助かります。 この様なトラブルなど有りながらも 一度は来るべきホテルだと思います。 景色とスタッフの対応で我慢です(^^)
