"Hotel comfortable and clean. Nice room and restaurant. The hotel transport was excellent and convenient.
Great value for the cost. Highly recommend this hotel. "
"Hotel was fancier than i was expecting considering the price. Very well kept, very helpful and polite staff, and comfortable. Good size rooms, the in house 7-11 was a great unexpected bonus. Buffett was delicious. Gym was great. Location was fantastic for me! I stayed for over a week and found plenty of nature and other things to walk to to keep me occupied.
If im around again im definitely staying there!
Ps. I dont remember her name but the friendly and attractive young lady with the shorter hair about chin length and slightly curly had some great suggestions for what i wanted to see in the area, thank you!"
"The room was okay if you don’t plan on staying there very long. One microwave and ice machine for everybody to use, be prepare to wait. The room was cramp, I keep hitting against the walls and I am not a big person. The only benefit was that it was only ten minutes away from the airport if you take the train."
"Noisy and dirty. Staff members are not very welcoming. The afternoon staff members apparently were too busy chatting among themselves to see to us, and just pointed to the self check-in machine.
The location was quite good. Short shuttle trip from the airport. That was all that was good, the rest was terrible.
The room was so tiny, we barely could walk around. The washroom was cramped and dark, and the toilet had a bad smell. My wife fell trying to get off the washroom, because there was an odd 10cm elevation at the door entrance/exit.
I am tall and muscular, so the lack of space was extra tough on me. The walls were stained and the remote controller for the in-room entertainment was crusty and dirty. The beds were very high and hard.
My wife was exhausted after a 16h trip and could not fall asleep, there were crying baby noises all night. The doors are poorly sealed and you can see the light from the corridor, and hear other people in the neighbouring rooms.
There were notices everywhere about the elevator being scheduled maintenance and power and water being cut off for inspection. All in the same week.
I pity the guests staying there for a longer period than we did."
