"Quick check in and decent size room for Japan. Check in documents said 24 hour coffee in the lobby but was really closed from 1am - 6am was my only negative, but family mart is less than 75 feet from the front door."

One example is when we required a taxi that was large enough to carry five passengers plus all of the luggage; the wonderful person at the front desk who helped us stayed on the phone for several minutes until both the taxi company and we were satisfied. "The only thing I had to think about is the hotel location. It took about 10 minutes from JR Tachikawa station to get there. It was a bit tough for me to carry my suitcase under the heat in summer. Also, I was not sure where the hotel was located. Otherwise everything about the hotel is perfect!"
