Amazing Place

We had a wonderful stay! The view was beautiful and the service was great. They were even accomodating to our dog; they provided a bed and food and water bowls for her. The place was neat, clean, and was comfortable.

Great rooms and elegant interior. The property was hit hard by COVID and a lot of amenities are still closed but a rebound is on the way I think. The golf course is amazing and will only get better as it recovers from the pandemic as well.

We booked an executive suite for the weekend, and the room was as beautiful as the online pictures. The only drawback is that not all their facilities and amenities are open and available to use. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

We always love the pool and the atmosphere. Very friendly and accommodating staff. However, the pool hours should be extended. 6pm is too early for a pool to close especially because the bowling alley isn’t operational and there aren’t many entertainment options in the area. We love both restaurants! Always so delicious and staff is always extremely friendly. We always choose Leo Palace as our island getaway. :)

After our stay last month my parents and I really loved our time thats why we booked again but Im a little disappointed this visit, I didnt know not all rooms were renovated; the carpet in our room are so smelly, our kettle wasnt working and the bed has a foul smell, not sure if its because of the carpet or something else.

Our stay would have been much better if the restaurant, swimming pool, bowling alley, etc.... were open for use by guest. Also the room air conditioning system evaporator coil was dirty and did not produce enough cooling during the high heat portions of the day or in the evening. Other than those two things our stay was pleasing.

グアムは私たちは５回目、他も２，３回目で、92歳の母親～４歳のひ孫までの１３人での旅行で大きな部屋を求めてコンドミニアム棟３部屋で利用　施設はかなり古いためよい点数はつけていませんが、小さい子はプールではしゃぎ離島感覚でゆっくりと過ごせました。若者は毎日ホテルのシャトルを利用し町中に出ていたようですが、片道３０分はかかり、やはりグアム初めての方、マリンスポーツや海水浴を望んでいる方にはお勧めできません、レオマートはいろいろなものがそう高くはない値段で揃っており便利、炊飯器は１升炊きで焦げ付きが多かったのにはビックリ！　母のために借りた車いすがぼろかったのは残念　フロントに行くたびにいつも一人しかおらず電話をかけていたりでどうにかしろよ、と感じました
