"Our family loved it here! The location is absolutely stunning, right at the base of the Avatar mountains. The two pools are beautiful, and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was delicious with great local options, and the free shuttle to the park made everything so easy. Big thanks to the super helpful front desk staff—they booked all our tickets and helped plan our days. We felt so well taken care of. Highly recommend!"

"our host here has to be the best we’ve encountered! she was extremely helpful with sightseeing directions , accommodating with the room and food, instantly responsive to requests. we somehow had quite a bunch of requests too. I felt really bad but she was so great. This trip would have been a lot harder to navigate if it wasn’t for her help. She even went beyond what is normally expected, helping us with the next leg of our trip in China. highly, highly recommend the place, very clean, beautiful view, and just all around awesomeness. "Room was adequate and clean. I liked the location 10 minutes walk to South Gate or SW gate can’t remember but a main entrance to two parks I visited in the Wullingyang area. Close to the town area with lots of local restaurants around. They also offered to pick me up from Zhangjiajie train station complimentary. I enjoyed coffee and early sun on the roof deck with the resident cat. "
