A little March getaway

Absolutely perfect stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was fantastic—close to the beach, great restaurants, and all that York has to offer. The hosts were responsive and made everything seamless. A great escape from reality

Great family weekend away!

Our family of 9 adults enjoyed a relaxing long weekend in York. The house perfectly accommodated all of us. There was plenty of space, comfortable bedrooms and everything we needed was easily assessable. The location is perfect - right on the beach! And restaurants and shopping are minutes away. Great house, great location for family fun

We stayed this week with our 4 kids and dog and it’s a terrific house in a great location. Plenty of bedrooms, nice open living space, and the game room is terrific for when there’s some down time etc. It was also so nice to be able to bring our dog. We’ve been visiting the area and renting houses forever and this is a top pick for sure!

The pics matched the house and the location was great for easy walks to the beach as well as good time with family and friends. Great family getaway.

My spouse and 7 adult family members comfortably stayed in this house without feeling on top of each other. The location was perfect. Walking distance to shops, restaurants in York but also incredible views right from the deck. We could not have picked a better house for our family.

Our stay was wonderful! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the items needed for cooking, bathing, etc. My only comment from people in our group was the WiFi was not strong enough to support all of our devices and some of the mattresses were not comfortable and should be replaced.

Long weekend with family

Heaven on earth

This beach home does not disappoint. It was our 3rd year in a row renting this property for our 2 week family vacation. It is truly home away from home. Cannot beat the oceanside location. We had ages 1 yr to 89 with us and it works for all!

This is our second year renting this house and it continues to be our favorite! Plenty of space for 15 pple (this includes children) to spread out. We’ve never seen a better stocked kitchen!! Everything you would think you’d need can be found in one of the cabinets.

Gorgeous beachfront house

We’ve stayed as a family at a number of VRBO properties and this one ranks at the top for sure. There was so much room to spread out, the home is well-maintained and the location is perfect right at the beach. The game room was a lot of fun and a nice perk! The owners were super responsive to questions and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Excellent Beach House

This was a beautiful, tidy, spacious beach house with amazing views of Short Sands beach. We loved the house and it was perfect for our extended family. The little kids (5&6) loved the toys and the adults loved the puzzles. The Kitchen had many amenities and was a pleasure to cook in. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and we'd love to come back some day.

September Reunion

We enjoyed the location. We were able to walk along Short Sand Beach to the town. We walked to the nubble Lighthouse, although it is on a busy road so others might choose to drive. We also walked to Long Sand Beach. The kitchen was well stocked. Because we were 6 units the house worked really well for our group.

Amazing!

I’ve been visiting York for the past fifteen years, and have stayed in a number of rentals. I don’t think I’ll ever find a better location than this house. The proximity to short sands and downtown is ideal, especially for those with kids. The owners were delightful and responsive. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay!

Something for everyone

We loved our time spent at this beachfront gem! The location can’t be beat… a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Great for our teenagers who were always on the move and who took full advantage of the game room, and for my older parents who loved sitting on the deck with their morning coffee enjoying the view. The house was clean and well-appointed… we made good use of the beach chairs, beach towels and lobster pots. Would definitely come back!!
