This open concept property is great for entertaining. This home has an oversized kitchen and living room with 2 bedrooms a full bath and laundry on the first floor. The second floor sitting room leads to a covered porch with table and chairs a great place eat or for a game as you take in the sights and sounds of Long Sands Beach. 2nd floor also has 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. It only gets better when you get to the 3rd floor. Another sitting room that leads to yet another deck. This one has glass railings and chairs, my favorite place for a snack and my favorite beverage as I get lost in the sights and sounds of Long Sands Beach. 3rd floor also has 3 more bedrooms and a full bathroom.

This home built for 2015 summer rental season with fantastic ocean views from all levels! Located only 1/10th of a mile from Long Sands Beach. 5 Star Home with everything you need to relax and enjoy your time in York Maine. We had our first guest staying over the Summer and fall of 2015 and our guests could not say enough about the property and the location. The house has 1 King, 7 queen beds and 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The house offers a large open kitchen and living space for everyone to hang together. The home also has sitting rooms on both the second and third floor if you need some time alone. This is a perfect spot for a family vacation/family reunion. The home can accommodate sleeping up to 20 people in beds.
Views from this home stretch from the famous Nubble light house, overlooks Long Sands Beach and then to York harbor. This view is from all levels from the home, but the 3rd floor views are spectacular. Long sands beach is a very short walk, less than 1/10th of a mile. The trolley stops near the house to pick you up and take you to several destinations in York.

This brand new home has an open living concept. You enter the home to a large kitchen family room combo. The large kitchen has all of the amenities you would want for a home including stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and separate beverage refrigerator in a island that seats 4. The large kitchen table accommodates 8-10. Overflow eating is located at the glass pub table which holds up to 6.. Connected to the kitchen is a spacious living area with leather sectional and 55' flat screen television.

The house has 8 large bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have a queen bed in them. The first floor has two bedrooms and a full bath with washer/dryer, off of the living area. Both bedrooms are very spacious and have plenty of room for a pack and play if needed. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, sitting room and bath with tub. One of the bedrooms not only has a queen bed but also a set of bunk beds. That room is plenty big enough for a family of 4 to spend your vacation in. Plenty of room for luggage. The 2nd floor also has a small sitting room that has a couch to relax and read or watch TV in. The sitting room leads out to an open deck which has amazing views of the ocean. The 3rd floor is exactly like the 2nd floor with 3 queen size bedrooms, one of which also has a bunk bed set in it. there is also a sitting area that leads out to an open deck with glass railings. When you walk up to the 3rd floor the views are breathtaking. There is also a very large bathroom.

Other amenities include: Central air conditioning, gas grill, blender, washer/dryer, lobster pot, lobster crackers and pokers, coffee maker, Keurig, full size fridge, mini bar fridge in the kitchen, full kitchen set up.
