"Loved the breakfasts—lots of choices. The hosts were lovely. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. It was an easy walk to restaurants, pubs and York City Center. Would stay there again in a heartbeat! 1!"

"I wish I could give 100/10. The Burton Stone Inn has the kindest staff—George and Aaron were two standouts. They were helpful and welcoming. The location was prime as it was tucked into a quieter area but an easy scenic stroll to everything! The room was cute and everything we could need! I’ll be recommending this Inn to everyone—and will be sure to be back! "

"The hotel was clean and comfortable but could do with a lick of paint. The carpets could do with replacing too. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even though an error was made in our booking they put it right straight away. Breakfast was excellent. On-site free parking was a bonus too."

"A little gem, a warm welcome, large bedroom, comfy bed, although fluffier pillows be a bonus as pillow's provided very flat. Room was warm and clean, 10 mins,walk to minster, free parking with disc provided by property. A really lovely breakfast and all at amazing value"
