"Love the laundry in room, kitchen amenities, comfortable beds."

"When we arrived, we checked in and our room was not clean, though it had been released for check in. The front desk staff was unhelpful, did not have any sense of urgency or empathy for the situation. We learned it was a much larger issue that just our unit, with more than 20 units that needed cleaned, and several families waiting in the lobby for access to their rooms. "Grans live in a retirement community in Williamsburg and Governor's Green was the perfect spot for a family stay - we have outgrown a hotel room...! All the activities are great and the extra room to spread out as well as a kitchen - great! Super clean - all the amenities you'd need."

"Very pleased with our stay - condo was beautiful very clean and had everything we needed. Host was wonderful gave us info on places to take the kids and stayed in contact the whole time. Definitely recommend!!"

"Room was not as advertised suppose to have one king bed. Other bedroom was suppose to have 2 twin beds one sleep sofa. That room had a queen bed. Sleep sofa down stairs. With young children that wasn't going to work. Had to go out and buy a air mattress. Unit was nice but service was poor with below grade bathroom tissue and paper towels. "
