"I have stayed here many times, going back to when it was a B&B and now in its contemporary form. It's a great location, convenient to downtown Portsmouth and easy parking. The rooms have been nicely refurbished in a minimalist way -- they are comfortable and well appointed. During my last stay, the outlet in the bathroom and the lighted mirror went out; I texted the contact number, an electrician did something, but they still didn't work. No big deal -- there's plenty of light in the bathroom...

It was near lots of walking walking trails and a mountain with a gorgeous view and close enough to the beaches and shops as well.
