This is one of those "I could live here" places. Felt at home from the off. Which is even better, given the last minute personal issues we faced before setting off. Warm and comfy. It suited our needs for the 3 nights we were there. Ideally situated for shops, restaurants cafes etc. Big Supermarket was a short walk as well. Surprisingly quiet given the location. Note: We had no problems, but, the living areas are 2nd & 3rd floor. So you have to go down a level Everytime you go out. The ground floor is a large entrance, with lots of storage for cases, prams, wheel chair etc. there's a toilet and a TV sitting area. This level is colder than the living parts. But I bet in summer it's nice and cool to sit in. Maybe a couple of extra small chairs wouldn't go amiss. Will definitely be coming again.

Our second stay, we have visited York many times before and this is now our favourite property, ideally located just outside the city walls. Would definitely recommend!

this townhouse is in a excellent location with good facilities, easy walking distance to all attractions and plenty of choice for restuarants and pubs.
