Great location

This hotel is great with family. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen comes well equipped. The bedrooms were clean with fresh linen. The location is excellent as you can walk to the centre of York in a few minutes.

Clean, modern, tastefully decorated apartment. Only negative was we couldn't use parking pass because the property needed the car registration/plate # 2-3 days in advance which we couldn't get because we only picked up rental car ealier the same day of check in

Excellent apartment and location. Pre check in communication very poor. Had mail prior to ask if want parking or other services. Replied but nothing back. On the say I had to call the number advertised at the property to get key access and 2 hours later the parking link. Had to park local at my cost extra whilst this was resolved.

Our family of four, 2 adults & 2 children, recently had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The pictures and descriptions were exactly as presented. The welcome chocolates were a nice little personal touch. Location was perfect for walking to York city center and enjoying everything it has to offer. We requested a cot & parking upon booking and they were quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this to friends and family & would happily stay here again.

Fantastic stay in York

Excellent quality accommodation , spotlessly clean and great decor and furnishings . Effective heating and nice touches , like chocolates provided, teabags , coffee and fresh milk . Would definitely recommend .

Convenient but not luxury

Very convenient apartment within easy reach of the main attractions of York. The apartment was comfortable but would hardly call it luxury as described in the blurb. We had a problem cooking with the pans provided as one of them was damaged and would not sit on the cooker so we could not cook pasta as we wanted and was actually dangerous to use with boiling water. We reported it and it was changed very promptly the next day however. We have stayed on many self catering apartments and think this was the most basic in terms of facilities we have been in. Ok if you don’t want to eat in at all but would not really recommend it if you want to self cater.

Excellent apartments!

Loved these apartments! We had a two bedroom, two bathroom. It was clean and spacious. The decor was attractive and there was a basket of goodies containing tea, coffee, chocolates and milk in the fridge. The apartment was well stocked with supplies. Even a hairdryer in each bedroom. It was a ten minute straight walk into town. The Christmas markets had just opened and it was beautiful.Apartment is in a quiet location and we slept well. Only problem we had was that Hotels.com didn’t forward the check in information on the day which resulted in us walking to the apartment and phoning up the management company. They said they sent check in information to them a few days prior. Minor inconvenience.

Amazing!!

It was one of the best Aparthotel I had the pleasure of staying. They offered so many chocolates and goodies. The area is very beautiful and quiet, which is perfect after a day of touring York. Beds were so cozy. I almost wanted to move in!!! Will definitely visit again next year!!

Beautiful little apartment!

This has been our second stay in the Clearly apartments and I must say it’s been brilliant! We requested a ground floor apartment due to my wife having some mobility issues and were given apartment 1. It’s not the biggest accommodation you can find, but it was tastefully decorated and delightfully cosy ☺️ We usually struggle to sleep in unfamiliar beds, or find them uncomfortable, but the beds were amazing! Thank you. I look forward to staying with you again!

City break

When we arrived it was dark. We had been travelling for 7 hours due to heavy traffic so we’re tired when we arrived. Everything was as expected ie obtaining keys , parking permit for the car clean spacious accommodation. Having the light on , the heating on, and most of all the milk in the fridge together with some Kit Kat’s was the icing on the cake. The location was fantastic and it took around 10 mins to stroll into York and see/ visit the attractions. Only regret was we could have done with another couple of days.

Lovely apartment in a great location. The apartments are around a 15 minute walk from York Minster and the Train station on a quiet street. Facilities were great and beds really comfortable. I would definitely recommend and will be hoping to book again next year .

Nice apartment, shame about the noise

We had a lovely stay in York, the flat was in a great location, and was exactly what we needed. It was very clean and modern. The only negative was that the building was undergoing work when we were there which we were unaware of, so we got woken up both mornings by loud banging and drilling, right on the roof of our apartment. We also had to close all the curtains as there were builders right outside our windows. There was no communication about this from either the booking agent or the owners. Had we knows we may have chosen somewhere else.

Perfect for a stay while in York

Perfect apartment for our family to use while having a few days sight seeing in York. Just a small walk from the centre so a perfect base for us, it really was like a home from home. If we go back to York we will 100% use clearly apartments for our stay
