Clean, modern, tastefully decorated apartment. Only negative was we couldn't use parking pass because the property needed the car registration/plate # 2-3 days in advance which we couldn't get because we only picked up rental car ealier the same day of check in

Great location
This hotel is great with family. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen comes well equipped. The bedrooms were clean with fresh linen. The location is excellent as you can walk to the centre of York in a few minutes.

Excellent accommodation / poor check in process
Excellent apartment and location. Pre check in communication very poor. Had mail prior to ask if want parking or other services. Replied but nothing back. On the say I had to call the number advertised at the property to get key access and 2 hours later the parking link. Had to park local at my cost extra whilst this was resolved.

Amazing apartment and very good position for town centre.Hotels.com parking information is very misleading you have to contact the apartment to pre book space. Difficult on a Sunday afternoon
