A very nice hotel with good customer service. We used the gym and hot tub during our stay. Our room was clean and smoke free. The bathroom could use more counter space and a fan. Could also have benefited from another nightstand next to the bed.

These people accused of us smoking in the room. My husband and I were outside almost all night. They tried to charge me $250. If I was going to smoke in the room I wouldn't have been outside half the night. Never again will I stay at this hotel

the housekeeping was so bad most of the staff were rude. the hot tub did not work. the window in the room would not close the overall floors we so dirty could not go barefoot from bathroom to bed. the grime on the heater was so bad i cleaned it. would not go there again.

The night manager Maria was amazing. We were coming into town for a family emergency and had no idea when we would be able to check in. Maria worked with us to ensure we would be covered and not lose our reservation. Even at 3:30am when we showed up, she was all smiles and very sympathetic. Pleasantly surprised by how lovely the hotel was. The pool was great, the room was great, the hotel looked and smelled good, and even though the bar/ restaurant was understaffed it was a pleasant experience.

It felt like a little getaway on top of a hill. Like, we weren’t even in the city it’s located in. The pool was great! We will def be coming back to use the Four Points as our private getaway from all the chaos.

Nice place

Room was nice, but they gave me room 201 which was right by the elevator, pool entrance and ice machine, so very loud. The pool is indoor, but has a nice outdoor deck with loungers, which was nice.

My wife and I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and our rooms are comfortable. The pool is a huge highlight.
