Enter to a lovely hallway with downstairs toilet, step into the open plan lounge, kitchen, diner with comfortable seating for 6 and a Smart TV, a dining table then the self-catering kitchen that holds everything needed for your stay. Access to the garden, via double doors from the dining area, that has seating to enjoy the day and night.
Upstairs you will find the large family bathroom with sink, toilet, bath tub and shower cubicle. 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and storage, the 3rd bedroom has a double bed.

Great location, nice walk into the centre along the riverside. York has lots of things to see and different places to eat at. Accommodation was perfect for us as a family of 5. My recommendation would be to widen the driveway entrance a little bit to allow easier access for bigger cars. The driveway was just big enough for an x5 still though.

This property is very well located for exploring York and the surrounding area. The home is comfortable, but it could use some accessories to make it more practical, like hooks for hanging towels in the bathroom, a drying rack for laundry, and extra hand towels and sponges for the kitchen. All in all, it was a good place to base the family during our visit to York.

We (3 adults) and 3 children under 4 enjoyed our stay. The property was easy to find and parking useful..easy access to the city centre. Had a Christmas tree which was a lovely touch. 3 double/king beds so not really designed for children but we knew this and our older two were happy to share plus there was plenty of room in the bedrooms for a cot. No facilities for children really so bring everything with you (high chair, bedsides, plastic plates/cutlery etc -we didn't use it but there was a travel cot!). Not too much clutter in the property which was great for us with a floor-travelling baby. The bedrooms are stunning and beds were comfortable. Only negative was the property had clearly been empty for a while and was very cold, taking nearly 24 hours to warm up. Blankets were available and much needed...Once up to temp though, the property was warm and comfortable. We didn't use the outside space really but that would be great in the summer! We'd definitely stay again. Ps- for the benefit of future bookers, the cutlery is in a secret drawer at the top of the pan drawer!
