Nestled within a newly renovated building just on the outskirts of York City Centre, this cosy apartment offers everything you could need for any length of stay in York.

The ideal location, close to local amenities such as supermarkets, chemists, takeaways, pubs, and just a 15 minute walk to the York Shambles in the heart of the City Centre with a bus route just a 2 minute walk away.

The apartment is located just below ground level, therefor there are just a few steps to access to reach the door of the property, once you are in the full premises is located on one floor.

You are immediately greeted with a modern and contemporary kitchen space, with all the electrical appliances you could need, including a full fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and a hot kettle tap.

There is a breakfast bar area with seating for 4 guests.

Following onto the open plan living area, you will find a comfortable corner sofa and large smart Flat screen tv, ideal should you wish to binge your favourite Netflix programmes after a busy day exploring the city.

There are two bedrooms, both of which offer comfortable double beds with hotel quality bed linens and towels provided for your use. Plenty of storage space is provided in each bedroom for your use. Each bedroom also offers the luxury of their own ensuite bathroom, each providing a wc, sink and shower.
You will also find a further WC in the apartment.

The furthest bedroom offers access to a small courtyard with a table and chairs for your use.

Free WIFI is provided throughout your stay.

Sadly parking is not offered with this property, however there are streets nearby which offer free parking, just a short stroll from the apartment.

Great place to stay. Apartment was immaculate, plenty of space and privacy. Walking distance to town centre and bus stop right outside apartment too. Would definitely stay here again next time visiting York, had everything we required for our stay.

Great modern flat within 15 mins walk of the centre of York, an easy walk and you pass lots of pubs and places to eat. Beautifully furnished throughout, super comfy beds. We had a lovely stay. The hosts were very accommodating which was lovely. The black folder in the apartment was very informative and had some great recommendations, would absolutely recommend.

Great location for the University, and easy walking distance into town. Plenty of options for buses too. Modern, clean and comfortable accommodation which met our expectations and accurately reflected the listing. Responsive hosts. Ensuite bathrooms were excellent. Bedrooms placed at the back meant there was no intrusive street noise at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean place. Walking distance from the touristy area. Easy to find free parking on the street. Good beds and very nice space. It's equipped with just bare minimums - we got towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap / capsules for dishwasher and shampoo, but nothing in the kitchen (no salt, oil, anything for cooking). There's a washing machine.
