3 Luxury Apartments are in this development which is a perfect location for shopping at Monks cross and the Vangarde shopping centre and just a short bus ride into York City centre with the bus stop just outside the property on your door step.
The White House Apartments consist of one 3 bedroom Duplex apartment and two 2 bedroom apartments with parking outside in allocated spaces.
Two of the 2 bed apartments have their own garden area with a patio and BBQ facilities with a outside dining area.
They will accommodate up to 14 guests. We can cater for hen parties or larger groups.
They are all brand new and have luxurious fixtures and fittings
White house apartment A is a 3 bedroom duplex apartment.
It has a spacious dining and lounge area with a dining table to seat 6.
This property has 3 bedrooms which are made up as the following Bedroom one is a king size bed . The second bedroom can be split in two singles or a king size bed . The 3rd bedroom is a king size .

Lovely Property

Beautiful home, very spacious and stylish throughout, had everything we needed. Little out the centre but it was fine as there was a bus stop right outside and short drive to York, hosts were great, easy to communicate with and nothing felt too much. Would love to stay here again.

Great Stay

Great instructions sent before arrival on how to check in. This place was spotlessly clean and tidy. It had a great open plan feel downstairs and 3 double bedrooms upstairs. Full of all the necessities needed for home comforts. Property located on a bus route into York or 5 mins drive to park and ride at Vanguard. I would definitely recommend this place as a base after a busy day in York. Thanks for a great trip to York.

Perfect For Families

We stayed in this house with our 2 young children, teenage daughter and my husband and I, We couldn't have asked for a more perfect House, The kids had their own room with single beds and my daughter had a bedroom to enjoy her holiday in peace, as well as us having a wonderful sized room with a stunning chaise lounge, plenty of hanging space for your clothes and the dining area was perfect for games night!! We also had a movie night, the smart TV was a god send on a night for the Kids. A nice quiet area!

Spotlessly clean property!

This place was spotlessly clean and tidy. It had a great open plan area downstairs and 3 really good sized bedrooms upstairs. Full of all the mod cons you need. Although on a main road, it wasn’t noisy, but perfectly located on a bus route into York or 5 mins drive to park and ride. beautiful apartment

This apartment is beautifully designed and modern, we were very happy with the quality of everything in there and the cleanliness of it. It is very spacious and had a large living and kitchen space for us. It is located a ten minute drive out of york city cente, However it does have free parking on the drive and there is a bus stop right outside the property with a bus that arrives every ten minutes. We were happy with the services we used as they were very helpful and friendly.
