"All excellent except shower head is broken, you can still used the shower, unfortunately water splashes toward wall. I told the front desk about the issue, I was told someone would come to fix the issue, no body showed up for help."

"Very nice hotel the only drawback was parking it's best to use their service. 2nd best hotel I ever stayed in. My number one was also a Hilton and that was in Vegas (Resort World)"

"I think the main thing about this hotel was the staff. I have never experienced that absolutely everyone was as pleasant, welcoming and easy to deal with. I think whatever is going on on the culture side of things is doing a stellar job. It is outstanding! And of course, the facility, room, bed sheets were great as well. Location is great for anyone who is taking a subway to get here. I found it was easy to navigate my way here from the YYZ airport."
