"The Laundry Rooms is a great place to stay and close to everything!"

"We were disappointed with the general upkeep of the place. Back porch with no light. The towels, kitchen linen were sparse and few. Utensils and diner wear was not too clean. Diner wear was an odd assortment of plastic plates and a glasses few china plates.Small carpets with no backing is a safety hazard. All the exterior cushions were wet as they were left outside. The back door was very difficult to open, close and lock. The middle bedroom had a comfortable bed and the place warm."

"Nice property, clean, quiet with good service right in the heart of Hess Village. Would stay here again."

"No matter what you could forget they had a backup ready. Everything organized well and labelled for ease of knowing where to find things. Super cool aspects like record player, books, guitar etc. would highly recommend this location and door25 in general as I believe they have three other properties available"

"Great area to stay in Hamilton. Downstairs neighbors were very nice. Quiet neighborhood and handy to our family. Our host was very prompt at responding to any questions. I have to say that stairway was rather steep, so not good for anyone with mobility issues."

"Everything was perfect and very clean! Great quiet location!"

"I stayed at this property (a ground floor room) for two nights in July 2026. The first night was fine. On the second night, the host returned back to the house at 2.30am and shortly afterwards the front doorbell rang and she let someone else in. From then until 5.30am, the talking and loud noises coming from directly above my room kept me awake for the rest of the night, despite at one stage asking the host politely to keep the noise down. This was very inconsiderate as she knew she had a paying...

"We had a wonderful stay celebrating our first wedding anniversary! The cabin was so peaceful, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Ace was a very friendly and welcoming host. We absolutely loved our experience and would happily visit again!!!"

"This was a great space for our family: clean, easy to access, simple checkout procedures. Happy to have laundry facilities on site. Our youngest LOVED the toddler bed. We enjoyed Hamilton waterfall hikes and a night in Toronto after our time in Niagara Falls. If we're in the area, we'd be happy to stay here again."

"The condo was very clean and we tried to keep it that way. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was great with great restaurants nearby."

"Very good services obtained from the owners!! would recommend booking this property"

"The place was beautiful - just as advertised! We would highly recommend this property for a stay in the Burlington area. Summer was very easy to reach and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. She was also very proactive as a host making sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Summer for a great stay :)."

"Truly a beautiful house, and a great location. Do not hesitate to book you will not regret it."

"Located within walking distance to a great restaurant district. The property felt safe and secure though evidence of addiction and mental illness are abundant on adjacent streets and neighborhoods. The on property closed parking garage was comforting. Nice central location for exploring Toronto, Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls."

"The property was beautiful. It was clean and inviting and the host left us basic supplies such as coffee cream, sugar, condiments etc. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the private patio area with the fire table and bbq. It was quiet, but at the same time close to many restaurants and amenities. We will definitely re-book if we are in the area again and have no reservations in recommending it to friends and family."
