"The flat was excellent. It was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The beds are so comfortable. The location is fantastic!! There are so many restaurants nearby. It is only 6 minutes from the train station. It's only a couple of minutes from Waitrose, the best grocery store. They offer all kinds of fresh pastries each day!! We have stayed here twice, both very long stays. The hosts are excellent!! It was so easy to access the flat. And all the information about the area is provided by the hosts including emergency numbers to recommendations for shopping and restaurants. "

"The room was clean, well designed and very comfortable. A soap dish would have been useful for the soap that was on offer to use. The heated towel rail is a necessity but not particularly well placed above the toilet (although I could not see another suitable place for it). The hotel was under renovation at the time. The builders were polite and considerate and any noise (not much during our stay) ceased at 5pm, as promised. We had a wonderful time and stayed an extra night on the strength of our fantastic room being available and friendly, helpful staff making it possible. Will definitely stay again."
