"We had a wonderful stay at Snowdrop cottage.Such a lovely little village well situated for walks, York, Whitby and lots of historical sites.The cottage is absolutely beautiful, very cosy and furnished/decorated to a very high standard. The hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need, kitchen is very well equipped and the whole place is a home from home. Loved the log burner and the hot tub was blissful, a lovely way to wind down and relax after a day bimbling around! The hosts provide a very comprehensive guide which was incredibly useful, and the welcome cakes from the local deli were delicious and very welcome!Thank you for sharing your wonderful cottage "

We loved the fact that we could walk to the pub and the shop - we can’t at home and everyone was so friendly. Hovingham is a picture perfect village with lots of amazing photo opportunities. We are definitely coming back, that is if we can as it seems everyone else wants to as well!!"
