Safe and central location

We enjoyed the clean, quiet and spacious property. I worked remotely at the comfortable kitchen table during the day. Family members walked to nearby restaurants and other businesses. We really enjoyed our stay!

Sunflower Art festival trip

Great crash pad. We were only there to sleep and gone all day & evening to work the market but the short time we spent in the house was lovely, clean comfortable and had everything you could need!.Highly recommended

A real gem

Beautiful place to stay in Yorkton. Well appointed, clean, bright, and great value. Beds and sheets were superb, modern furnishings made it feel even more welcoming, and the host was awesome to work with! Would give ten stars if I could!

Comfort indeed

I enjoyed a little getaway here. The deck right off from the kitchen was so nice, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great for just waking up and going for a stroll downtown to shop. It was a very comfortable stay. I could hear some people in the basement through the vents, but only at times.

Great value

We are 4 adults who needed a place to stay in Yorkton for 2 nights. Corey’s place is centrally located and had every amenity we could possibly need. The beds were clean and comfy and the area is quiet. We did have a couple questions, Corey was quick to respond each time. We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Corey.

first time we used a vacation rental for short trips not far from home pattern was always to simply stay in a hotel this change proved to be a delight having the complete upstairs to our selves with a private patio The kitchen was first class as were the beds Pricing quite reasonable Highly recommend this property It has made us rethink simply seek a hotel on our short trips

Overall happy with stay

Soundproofing could be better...could hear people talking in downstairs suite. Washer in kitchen/doors not closing is awkward. Shower while clean was very rusty.

We were very happy with the accomodations and the host was accommodating. The only suggestion I have was to maybe send the wifi password and checkout instructions after you are checked in, to make the stay smoother and help the host.
