"The air conditioner is as not working, the WiFi only worked at the pool. Tv did not work and the pool was too dirty and the hot tub was way too hot burned my self. I do not recommend it. Save your money and trip it’s very deep in the woods"

"We love this hotel! Great location, very safe with security everywhere. Awesome pool with slides. If you are booking with Expedia they dont list the all inclusive package so ask about adding it when you check in. It was very reasonable and worth every penny! The buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner was really good, lots of variety, salads, fruits, cheeses, breads. 6 or 7 hot items total and dessert. We are gluten free and always had plenty of options, even dessert. They also have a snack bar...

"Our visit was excellent, as it always is. This is a fantastic place to escape from everything and enjoy a clean beach with turquoise water. You're surrounded by nature and can feel the sea breeze. It's become one of our favorite spots to de-stress and relax."
