"We stayed here because of the Onsen and it didn't disappoint. We had 5 adults so we needed to get two rooms, which was ok. When I tried to book the 2nd room, I booked for th ewrong day and neither Expedia nor the hotel would offer any consolations for my error. That was disappointing as I would have hoped for a discount or something."

"Check in was easy and quick.Property is clean and near the train station (2min walk - go out exit 4 - walk straight and turn left when you come to the first street, hotel is about 20m on your left). Walkable to everything you want to see in Nara and restaurants and everything are minutes away. The room was clean and has everything you need, typical japanese style hotel room as in size and Facilites. Only downside is there was no need to speak with hotel staff as its all self checkin so it takes abit of the personal experience away but that is where technology is taking us. I would stay there again, nice stay and good price."
