"The cabin was great. The location is very secluded and quiet, which is what we wanted; a peaceful place to relax. The cabin was hot when we got there because the AC wasn't working. We called the after hours contact and he had AC repairmen come to fix the problem the next day. The AC was working within a few minutes. "Had a last minute long weekend stay over Labor Day - the pictures of this view don’t do it justice. It is breathtaking! This whole area around Lake Chatuge is just beautiful! We absolutely fell in love with the area and will be back. Grilled out steaks on back deck and enjoyed eating them to a beautiful sunset and that view- no restaurant could compete! So many things to do within 30 min drive - we did Brasstown Bald, Cupid Falls at Young Harris College, walked cross the dam at Lake Chatuge...

"Wonderful location. One of the best rentals I have stayed at for views and comfort of Cabin. Views are unmatched. Right on the river. Even if you don't use the upstairs bedroom, make sure to get up and look at the view off of the upper deck. Dirt road going in was a little more rustic that I planned for, but the views are definitely worth it. "
