"Everything was as described in the listing, lots of space and room. The owner was phenomenal, kept communicating with us to ensure wer alright and didn't need anything. The kids had lots of fun from playing board games, using the jacuzzi to swimming ( beach is about 5 min away). Over all it was great."

"Was advertised (directly from owner) to be great swimming. Water was shallow with end of dock about 4 ft. Beach was taken up with unusable paddle boat. Dock was littered with dried/fresh goose poop. No ladder off end of dock. Weeds have encroached up to dock and beyond at end. Driveway to lake is not maintained. Grandson fell in hole, unhurt. My adult daughter fell next day with cuts and bruises to her knee, luckily did’t break anything. Cottage was getting tired looking. Outside deck...

"Terrible experience. Host never showed and vrbo dropped the ball on making it right. Had to self lodge for three nights of one week vacation. Then vrbo stuck me at some backwoods fishing camp. Still have not recovered refund or costs of self lodging when they assured me that I would receive both. Terrible customer service and overall vacation experience from hell. The decks and dock were great spots to spend a weekend, and the bbq came in handy. It's close to a town too if you forget anything.
