"Everything was great. Only issue I can say something about, there was some sand still on the floor. Rugs or runners would be nice to help with this small issue especially between beds. Staff was helpful and excellent."

"I loved this hotel especially its proximity to the beach! We only used the pool once because we were at the beach but it was not the cleanest but it was 9 at night. I do wish both elevators had been working but it wasn’t a terrible wait."

"We booked a surf bungalow for two adults. It was super cute and well stocked except for no Tupperware containers but no big deal there. The only down side to this unit is no oven. But not a deal breaker. We felt it was a little pricey for the unit itself but the amenities at the pool made up for it. As long as you go during busy season there is lots to do at the pool area with daily activities. We were there during a slow week so really nothing on the schedule was done until Friday when more people came in for Labor Day weekend. Again not a deal breaker for us but if you have kids that might affect your stay. Staff members were pleasant especially bartenders Nick and Emily. Only issue we had was trying to book an extra night and was told one night by a super nice front desk person we could but the next night was told by two different staff members that they were sold out of every unit and could not. After checking online we found availability for the day in question and went back to front desk where we had the first girl who said we could get extra night added but was told by another person we could not. Well thankfully she was there again this time because we got our extra night booked and stayed longer. Don’t always believe they are sold out. All in all a great stay but felt it was a little pricey for units but would definitely stay again. The one thing they could include in their units to make it worth the pice is to include chairs and umbrella. Beach is beautiful."
