The Railroad Ranch - Station Five

Tucked away in the Handels Historic neighborhood, Station 5 boasts five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two fully stocked kitchens, two laundry rooms, and a pass-thru door. Perfect for families traveling together or a large group. It is centrally located between Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Boardman, downtown, major parks, and shopping are within a 5-minute drive. Ziggy can't wait to welcome you to Station Five.

Station 5 is perfect for two families traveling together. It's all on one floor, immaculate, and fully equipped with smart technology and voice assistants. But, of course, you can still push buttons and flip switches for those who aren't into tech.

Station 5 combines a 2-bedroom and a 3-bedroom unit with a pass-through door connecting them both, similar to what you see in hotel rooms.

There are five bedrooms, 2 Queen beds, three full beds, two twin beds, two bathrooms, two kitchens, And 2 Laundry Rooms. Station 2 has two bedrooms, and Station 3 has three bedrooms. They have their entrances and are side-by-side, with no stairs.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need to make cupcakes or a Thanksgiving dinner.

The living room TV has a wall plate with power, HDMI, and ethernet connections for computers and gaming consoles.
The TV provides access to our exterior cameras that show the parking area and front doors.

You can access two doors that open into stations 2 and 3. Together they make up Station 5. You have access to the entire building, and the units are connected by a pass-thru door that will be unlocked during your reservation.
You have full access to the parking area.

**Smoking**
There is a designated smoking area in the back.

**PETS**
All pets must be added to the reservation.
A $50.00 cleaning fee is included upon adding them to the reservation. If you have more than two pets, please send us an inquiry.

**Work Group Terms** We welcome workgroups working in the area. When you are booking the reservation for your workers and not planning on staying at The Railroad Ranch yourself, the following three requests are required:

1. ID, Contact information of foreman to be shared with the host.
2. A 35.00 non-refundable damage waiver or refundable 100 deposit is required to secure the reservation.
3. The host will perform a video walkthrough at check-in and check-out when applicable.
4. If this is a last-minute booking, access to Station Three will be granted once the first three requirements are met.

The guest and workgroup agree to the Work Group Terms when a reservation is booked, and a reservation code has been assigned. Please complete requests 1-3 before check-in to avoid a cancellation performed by the guest or Airbnb, not to affect the host's cancellation status on the platform.
