"The front desk associate was very rude when I tried to ask her simple questions. I’m a frequent guest at this hotel and she definitely rubbed me the wrong way last night. Our room seemed to have mold stains on the curtains but other than that everything was fine. "

"Aesthetics and cleanliness aside, this is a good hotel if the nature of your travel only has you needing a bed to sleep in and a shower to wash in. There was still some hair and lint in my room when I checked in but nothing outrageous or neglectfully dirty. Customer service was polite. Check in and out were easy. Lot of police activity in the parking lot for the very small amount of time I was there though I can't be sure if it was directly involved with the hotel. Close to the city center...

"The manager at the desk said that she didn't receive my payment from an online reservation so I paid again for her. She was screaming at me and my husband and was very mean. I tried talking to her and she wouldn't ever listen to me as she kept screaming. "

"This is a great property in a prime location near Downtown Raleigh. I had a minor issue with the AC unit running out of refrigerant but the host fixed the issue promptly and prorated me for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend this host and property to friends."

"My husband and I were there for our 50th high school reunion and our Abnb experience helped make for a fantastic trip. It is a quiet neighborhood and the property is beautifully landscaped. The bed was comfortable and nice linens. The kitchenette was very clean and useful. The shower was a little different for us old farts but we got the hang of it!
