"This hotel is perfectly situated. So many dining options and great shopping within walking distance, and just two short blocks from the Uptown Theater. Access to the Napa River walk path is nearby, great for a morning exercise walk or stroll with morning coffee. All of the staff that we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. "Its a don't check-in in person. You receive a text when the unique experience. We stayed in the caboose. It big enough, quiet, and nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Everything was very clean. Also, the location is great!
Note: you do not check-in in person. You receive a text when your railcar is ready, with a code to open the door and a phone # if you need assistance. As we had no problems, we found this to be very easy.

"I had made a mistake 2 years ago and forgot to cancel my reservation, 100% my fault. They were incredibly nice and didn't charge me for my room, even though they had every right to. This was our next trip to Napa from Minnesota, and made sure we (2 couples) stayed there to thank them for their kindness. Great location for a wine trip. All the staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was very nice...coffee, juice, milk, a few hot items, cereal, coffee cake, fresh fruit, cookies at 6:00 pm. Rooms...
