"Very comfortable room and parking around hotel and underground if wanted. My key card kept going ....It happens to me a lot....a d the staff were very accommodating. Only complaint was the price of the breakfast. But it was tasty. Would highly recommend as also in great central position. Was travelling solo with hound "

"Four chaps on a motorcycle holiday, we stayed two nights and it was perfect for us. Rooms were clean with good bathrooms, breakfast was great, the bar was open and if you didn’t fancy a 30 minute walk into the centre of Ypres, a taxi ride was €15. So much to see in the area. Staff were great and really helpful. Not fancy but a perfect base."

"Stayed here again 2 times in one week as part of a longer trip, always good friendly staff, clean and tidy bar area although rooms still too hot. They could do with small Fans for the room at least or better ventilation, can’t really have window blinds open much or people can see in. And this doesn’t really cool the room down enough anyway. Nice area outside by the pizza bar plenty of seats and lovely bee hive in the corner which was a nice touch. We always love staying here and will be back again soon. "

"I booked this last minute after a problem with another hotel and it was a great choice. The only bad thing was there is not 24 hour staff but how often do you need that? The lady that helped me when I checked in was so nice friendly and helpful. Mention was big, comfy bed and great linens, and had a kitchenette "

"Great location, good level of comfort. Spacious room, very decent breakfast and served until midday. Would use the hotel again if coming to Lille on Eurostar. 5 mins walk to Westfield and to the Metro, if it is running!"
