Secluded home-away-from-home with cook's kitchen, serving Ann Arbor & Ypsilanti

Unwind at this newly renovated mid-century home. It is surrounded by woods, so it feels very private. You can eat in the cathedral dining area, or on the back patio in the warmer seasons. The mattresses are memory foam, and there are many extra pillows. Each room has ample charging stations, the Amazon Smart TV is connected to Wi-Fi, and the large kitchen offers anything you’ll need. Perfect for families, friend groups, or teams, the three bedrooms can hold up to 6 guests comfortably. *Host occupies first floor apartment, which is totally separate. No parties of more than 10!

A door with a lock separates my space from the vacation rental you see in the photos. We each have separate entrances. I'm available to help you with the fire pit or the grill, or if you have any other questions. Otherwise, I'll be out of your way. However, if you prefer to meet and talk, I'm always happy to do so. I'm often out in the yard working in the garden!

Great place! Amazing beds!

We stopped overnight here before a CrossFit competition. It had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable!!! We made a quick breakfast and coffee and headed out. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Wonderful House in a Great Location

We were in town for our daughter's white coat ceremony for medical school. We were only 12 minutes from all the activities on campus, but the house was like a quiet oasis to retreat to afterwards. The host has thought of everything you could need. Check in was a breeze. Host was very communicative. I highly recommend this property!

It’s the little things

My husband and I had to pick up our exchange student from Metro airport after midnight and chose to stay in the area over night. Natalie’s property was absolutely perfect! So very clean, cozy and the beds and pillows were comfortable. She had little snacks available and her communication was timely. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice home in a quiet & beautiful neighborhood

Great stay! No issues or concerns. Property was very clean, up todate, and well maintained. Bedrooms were roomy and the living spaces were plenty big enough for our 6 adults. Amazing week!

The experience was great, everything was cleaned, the area is very nice and quiet, fast food close to the neighborhood. Every comfort of home

This home was immaculate and decorated with fine taste. The kitchen was our favorite feature, with every utensil, pan and spice one would require to prepare a meal. Each bedroom had its own theme and plenty of towels and linens, access to charger ports and personal air conditioners. The location was secluded and private - very peaceful - although it was indeed just minutes from large stores and eateries. This is our first Vrbo rental and it was a great experience! Thank you to the owner for making sure we had everything we needed.

My kids and I stayed one night while touring the U of M campus. We weren't there very long, but we will stay here again the next time we're in the area. The house is comfortable, spacious and extremely well-stocked with anything you could possibly need, and then some. It is exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable and homey. The lot that it is on is also really nice. Natalie is a great host. Side note: I left something behind, and Natalie was at the UPS Store by noon that day to ship it back to me. Top notch service.
