"Reasonably sized and comfortable room with several downsides. First was the smell of smoke whereby I requested a non-smoking room. The in room dining menu stated it was available up to 10pm but when I called at 9.45pm, I was told it was no longer available. Lastly, my colleague who book into the same room category received fruit basket and dumpling whereas I did not have any welcome items. Rather disappointed with a hotel branding that is under Westin."

"很新的酒店，室内装修设计都很前卫，尤其卫生间。不大喜欢的室内的桌子与沙发都位置固定且之间距离很小，不方便。也许没打算让我在室内工作？"

"Wonderful stay. Very close to the subway station and many amenities. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Room is clean with nice lake view. Like this place. Definitely will stay again."

"While our stay got off to a rocky start, the staff were very helpful in sorting out some broken appliances. The room was very clean and comfortable. The halls had a lot of visible dust at the carpet edges but otherwise common spaces were also clean. "
