"They say the apartment has a sleeping sofa. However, the length of the sofa was 150cm. They can’t advertise it for 4 adults. Communication with the company was extremely poor, slow to respond and did not talk English. Not happy, even though we got an apartment eventually that was okay. But we had to pay extra."

"One of the least-comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The host needs to learn a thing or two about sheets. The size of the sheet was smaller than the mattress. Any responsible host knows the guest should never have to see what the mattress looks like. I would not return."

"I loved the breakfast buffet. Incredible location in the city everything i wanted to do in Almaty was 10 minutes or less drive. The elevator buttons didnt work half the time had to get out and go to another elevator just to go up or down. I cant tell the building is a little worn down, but had a good stay none the less."
