The Space:
Harmony Tea House is a serene High Desert retreat located in Yucca Valley, just across the street from an earthenware pottery studio and alpaca nursery. This tranquil property spans 5 private acres and features fully renovated interiors that invite abundant natural light. With multiple outdoor spaces, it's ideal for quiet reflection or remote work, offering a perfect blend of comfort and creativity.
Unwind in the tea house, soak in the cowboy-style pool or hot tub, or write in the private, air-conditioned office cabin. This property is professionally hosted by Homestead Modern™ and is pet-friendly, making it a welcoming escape for all.

Guest Access:
► GENERAL: As guests, you can enjoy full access to the entire home. Only registered guests are allowed unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process.
► PARKING: Free parking is available for 4 vehicles in the large driveway.
► WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home for any remote workers in your group.
► FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, children's books, toys and dinnerware, and even babysitter recommendations! / Please request in advance
► PETS: Your dog is welcome, and there is a one-time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per booking.

Yucca Mesa is situated within a short drive from the most popular attractions in the High Desert, offering an incredible combination of convenience and tranquility. During the day, you can explore nature in your own backyard, and at night, the stargazing can’t be beat.
This area is located just minutes from shopping and dining in Joshua Tree Village and Yucca Valley, and the drive to the West Entrance of Joshua Tree National Park takes about 15 minutes.

Getting Around:
This home is located on a dirt road, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.

✹ EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.
✹ SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!
✹ CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling Wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.
✹ ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four-wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain
✹ CLEANING PROTOCOLS: As the only professional management company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards. We pay above the living wage standards; 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us), and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. We love the High Desert for a lot of reasons - including the open spaces, lack of crowds, and dry weather that we believe make it a safe place to visit.
