My marbella stay

The house is very cute, clean and very welcoming. All the rooms are decorated very nicely. The only two issues I had was i could not find where to put in the code to unlock the door, so ive asked the host to give me her phone number so we can talk, she refused. It took me more than an hour to unlock and check in. The second thing is they dd not allow me to use their Netflix account to watch tv. I feel like they should of because ive paid $3000 for the house in an area where there is nothing around.

Wir waren zufrieden

Wir haben das Haus über Fewo gebucht, dort wurden wir dann auch gefragt ob wir eine Zusatzversicherung für Schäden am Haus abschließen wollen. Das haben wir abgelehnt. Wenige Tage bevor wir in das Haus einzogen bekamen wir eine E-Mail mit der wir uns Identifizieren sollten. Das war so umständlich, dass wir es nicht zu ende führen konnten. Bei der zweiten Mail wurde uns dann auch noch gesagt , dass wir eine Versicherung gegen Schäden abschließen müssen. Ohne die Bezahlung wären wir nicht in das Haus gekommen , also haben wir zähneknirschend dieses gemacht. Wozu lehne ich eine Versicherung bei Fewo ab und kriege danach doch noch eine Rechnung von Marbella Lane? Der ganze Prozess bei Marbella Lane ist mir noch nicht untergekommen, gruselig schlecht!! Das Haus selbst war Ok.
