初めて会う旅館旅行。

Staffの熱情的なサービスで初旅館の旅でしたが,台湾族でした。 ただ,雨が降って近所の散歩などするのは難しいので残念でした。 りょうかんステップのサービスと食べ物などは直接に受けてみないと感じられないようです。 値段に比べて満足度が優れていてサービスもいいし,食べ物も無駄だし,積極的に推薦します。

Great Spa & Meal Without Stupid Correspondence

料理は美味しいし家族経営されておられるアットホームでとてもいいお宿でした。が、私達がスティした日は韓国からの他のお客様が多く駅に着いて車に1番に乗せて頂いたのにも関わらずチェックインは後回しになりロビーで30分以上待たされました。 また次の日の電車の時間に合わせて送迎をされておられるのですがここでも韓国のお客様の希望時間を優先し私達には次の特急に乗ってくださいと言い切られました。 特急は料金がかさむ上、時間も決まっておりどういった理由でこういう対応をされたのかとても残念ですし、その前の普通電車の時間に送迎はして頂けるか聞いたところ、朝食準備で忙しいのでちょっとお待ちくださいと言われその電車に間に合うのは後5分後ですと朝食が始まってからいきなり言われ、それはないでしょうと思いました。いくら忙しくても出来るか否か最低伝えるべきではないでしょうか。 英語対応も目に余るものがありました。(接客英語の本で最低限の言葉のチョイスするべき、迎えの時間に間に合わなければ自己責任で来てくださいって聞いた事ないです)主人も私も料理や温泉や他スタッフは最高だったのに若主人にはガッカリでした。

사장님이 굉장히 친절하셨다. 여행 전 날 이메일을 통하여 기차로 올 예정이면 픽업이 가능하니 시간을 알려달라는 확인 메일로 보내주는 서비스가 좋았다.(우리는 차로 이동했으므로 체크인 시간에 맞춰 찾아감) 간단한 영어가 가능하셔서 의사소통에 어려움이 없었고 한국어도 조금 할 줄 아셨다. 마을이 아기자기 예뻐서 사진 찍고 간단하게 산책하기에 좋았으며 조용하게 쉬고 오기 좋은 곳이었다. 다만 식사는 조금 아쉬웠다.

가이세키 감동수준...낡았지만 깨끗한 온천 Good

초성수기에 급하게 예약하느라 비싸게 갔어요. 음식 맛있고 친절하다 - 는 평 듣고 갔는데. 결론적으로 정말 좋았습니다. 가이세키는 정말 먹는 내내 감동했어요. 정갈하고 맛좋은데 양도 많고요... 조찬도 잘 나와요. 식도락 여행하며 맛있는 것만 먹고 다녔는데 그 중에서도 으뜸이었습니다. 직원분들도 진짜 친절하시고요. 시설은 낡았지만 정리가 잘 돼있고 온천도 프라이빗하게 원할 때 이용할 수 있는 수준이에요. 성수기 피해서 조금 저렴하게 가면 완전히 좋을 거 같아요. 다시 올 의향있고요. 진입로가 좁으니 차로 오실분은 경차 빌리시는 게 좋을듯요.

유노히라 역에서 거리가 있음. (숙소랑 메일을 주고받으면서 픽업 시간을 지정할 수 있음.) 만약 픽업 시간에 유노히라역에 도착하지 못한다면 미리 메일을 전달하고 유노히라 역에 도착하는 시간을 얘기해주면 됨. (미리 소통이 안되면 로밍 때문에 연락하기 불편..) 일단 유후인에는 한국인이 많은데 반면, 한국인이 없고 현지인이 찾는 느낌이어서 좋았음. 모든 온천이 프라이빗이라 부부나 가족등이 같이 들어가면 나올때까지 편하게 사용할 수 있어서 좋음. 석식과 조식은 무조건 먹어야 함. (저녁엔 550엔에 온사케를 주문할 수있는데 겨울에 먹으면 몸이 녹는다... 맛도 좋음) 유후인에 24시간 마트인 맥스밸류에서 장을 보고 유노히라 역으로 출발하는 것을 추천. (유노히라 역, 숙소 주변에는 장보는 장소가 전혀 없음)

유노히라에 있어 한적하고 아늑한 료칸

제가 일본어를 못하는데도 번역기이용해서 몇시기차타겠다고 전화로 연락했더니 시간맞춰서 데리러 와주셨어요 숙소도 깨끗하고 사장님이 신경써주시는게 계속 보여서 감사했습니다 식사도 굉장히 맛있었고 프라이빗 온천도 좋았습니다 다시 방문하고 싶어요 :)

Total satisfaction

It was a cozy ryoukan. Foods and private hot spring pools were amazing. I am really satisfied. However, a heater in my room wasn’t that good. It has an internal fixed timer (3h) it automatically shuted down so I had to turn it on the middle of the night. That’s all. Everything except for this is perfect.

조용하고 가성비 좋은 곳 ^^

가성비가 괜찮다는 후기를 믿고 예약했는데 만족스러웠습니다! 유노히라는 조용하고 조그만한 마을이었고 사람들이 별로 없어서 지내기가 좋았습니다! 사장님이 너무 친절하게 대해주셔서 인상깊었습니다 방은 크지 않고 아담했고 오래된 건물 치고는 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다 다만 중앙 복도에 흡연구역이 있어서 담배냄새가 방으로 스멀스멀 들어와서 금연방 사람들에게는 좀 불편할거 같습니다 ㅜㅜ 식사는 깔끔하고 맛이 있었습니다 (대접받는 느낌 ^^) 오붓하게 온천하기에 좋았고 뷰는 좀 아쉽지만 여독이 풀리는게 굿 ^^ 유후인에서 기차타고 가야하지만 시간적 여유가 된다면 다시금 가고 싶네요 ㅎ

우선, 사장님이 매우매우매우 친절하셨습니다! 유노히라 역에서 전화해서 픽업서비스를 해주셨고 하나하나 잘 설명해주시기 위해 노력하는 모습이 친절하고 좋았습니다 ^^ 이불이 매우매우매우 폭신폭신해서 온천을 하고 나서 누우면 금방이라도 잘 듯 좋았습니다. 다만, 너무 산속에 있는 곳이라 다른 곳은 관광할 곳이 없어 정말 힐링온천하려한다면 매우매우 추천합니다! 음식도 맛있어서 좋았고, 유카타도 골라 입을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 다시 한번 방문하고 싶어요~

작은 온천마을의 작고 소박한 료칸

유후인에서 기차로 2정거장을 가서 유노히라(양평)라는 곳에 위치합니다. 유후인역 공중전화로 미리 도착시간을 알려주면 송영서비스를 해주십니다. 작은 온천마을의 작고 소박한 료칸이고 저는 마음에들어 다시가서 주위 동네도 걸으면서 동네목용탕같은데도 가보고 싶습니다. 합리적인 가격이며 식사는 식당에 가서 하지만 온천은 개인프라이빗 온천이 4가지가있어서 투숙객과 시간이 안겹치게 이용하면 됩니다. 운영하시는분의 선하고 푸군한 웃음이 기분이좋은 좋은 숙박이였습니다.

한적하고 분위기 있는 료칸. 식사가 맛있음.

유노히라역에서 꽤 멉니다. 미리 시간을 알려드리면 마중나와 주시고 돌아가는 날에도 유노히라 역까지 바래다 주십니다. 주인분이 굉장히 친절하십니다. 주변이 한적해서 아주 좋았습니다. 주변에 무언가 살 공간이 거의 없습니다. 료칸 로비에 자판기가 하나 있긴하지만 특별히 먹고 싶거나 마시고 싶은 주전부리는 미리 사가야 합니다. 식사는 아주 대만족입니다. 저녁도 아침도 아주 맛있었습니다. 리버뷰를 선택했지만 사실 지붕에 가려져 계곡이 잘 보이지는 않았습니다. 대신 건너편 료칸들이 보여서 해가 지고 조명이 켜지면 풍경이 아주 예쁩니다. 온천은 4개 방이 있는데 안에서 걸어잠그고 사적으로 쓸 수 있습니다. 노천탕 두개와 실내탕 두개인데 노천탕은 비추천합니다. 탕에 부유물이 떠다니고 벌레 시체가 많습니다. 실내탕은 두명이 최대 인원입니다.

모든게 만족스러웠던 료칸!

유노히라마을 자체가 굉장히 조용하고 풍경이 아름다웠어요. 료칸 바로 옆으로 강이 흐르던데 노천온천하면서 보이는 전망도 너무 예뻤구, 공용목욕탕도 깔끔하고 시설도 좋았어요. 조식이랑 가이세키도 먹기 아까울정도로 맛있었습니다^^ 게다가 주인분께서 송영도 직접 해주시구, 서비스도 너무너무 좋았어요! 전반적으로 가성비가 굉장히 좋았던 료칸이라 생각됩니다. 저희가 갔을때 한국인 커플도 많았어요!ㅎㅎ재방문 의사 200%에요~

유후인에서 기차타고 15분정도 가면있구요 픽업서비스도 되잇어서 미리 컨택하셔서 시간알려주시면 나옵니다. 스태프분이 너무친절하셔서 제가이런대접을 받아도 되나 싶을정도 였구요. 개인온천탕을 이용할 수 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 그치만 뷰는 딱히 없었어요 저녁이나 아침식사도 맛잇엇습니다 담에 또가고싶어요

유후인 말고 유노히라의 료칸. 반야로 오세요. 너무 좋습니다

편안하고 조용한 마을에 자리한 숙소는 제가 원하는 이상적인 료칸이었습니다. 유후인은 너무 상업적이고 복잡합니다. 그러나 유노히라는 깊은 산속에 있기 때문에 최고의 분위기를 자랑합니다 숙소는 매우 깨끗했고, 료칸 스탭은 매우 친절했습니다. 식사는 매우 맛있었고, 온천도 좋았습니다. 아 무엇보다 밤에 빨간 홍등이 거리거리에 켜지는데 너무 아름답습니다.

유후인에서 조금 떨어져있고, 들어가는 입구가 좁아 찾아가기가 조금 힘들었습니다. 하지만 온천휴식이 목적이었기 때문에 편안히 쉴 수 있어 좋았습니다. 준비해주신 식사는 너무 만족하였고 서비스나 모든면에서 좋았습니다. 특히 온천을 마음껏 즐길 수있어서 좋았습니다.
