The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. The outside definately showed its age and could use sme paint and elbow grease. Also, the weatherstripping on the door left a gap that was troubling. The breakfast was ok but the choices were limited. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable; however, the fitness center had old, limited equipment. The treadmill was in need of repair and was extremely noisy to either walk or run on. The free weights were very limited with no light weights at all. The breakfast was poorly stocked and there was no one around to help. The staff member at the desk did all she could to help but it appeared she was running the entire motel by herself.

I've stayed at Howard Johnson more than 10 times in the last year. The price is reasonable and the staff is great and very helpful. The rooms are clean and you don't pay extra for a fridge or microwave. The breakfasts are my husband's favorite. I definitely recommend staying there. It's location is excellent to pick up whatever you need.

The room was super cute and clean - the free breakfast was simple. They made fresh eggs as requested. The coffee was also good. The AC works great - I was so hot when I first check in and the room cooled down within minutes. The room had everything I needed including a fridge/freezer and easy access to the tv - so I could plug in my HDMI and connect to my laptop to watch YouTube. It's also right next to Chipotle (less than 5 minute walk) which was great! I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Yuma.

The air conditioner worked great, we really liked our room on the floor level which had an oversize king size bed, desk, convertible lounge chair and desk shower, walk in shower and a large separate area to hang close in, place personal items on a large counter top and dress in. A very nice room for the price!
